O Happy Bread
Bakery open january 10, 2017, it s a French family form south of France who settled in Pahrump after buying a house in 2014. The bakers (Richard and Romain) are French, Julien the son of Richard is Pastry chef, Eliette his wife is also present at the bakery to take care of customers and orders. Every day, the bread is baked in a french oven with soles and steam, all the material is also from France. All products are fresh and of high quality.
Richard is retired from French Gendarmerie, (military police) and went to French vocational school for a year to learn the bakery, Eliette was a nurse.
Every day we have a soup for lunch.
Thurday, friday, saturday, Happy Hour from 3 to 6pm, wine, beer or champagne accompagnied by appetizers....
